A peaceful place for stillness...

The Center's Meditation & Contemplation Room is open to everyone for individual meditation, contemplation or simply time for stillness. You are welcome to come to the Center for a few moments of silence in the middle of your busy day or right after work. This beautiful and peaceful space is available during all hours the Center is open, except when guided programs or group meditations are scheduled.

Monday - Thursday, 10:00am - 6:30pm
Friday, 10:00am - 3:00pm
Saturday, 9:30am - 5:00pm
Sunday, 1:00 - 5:00pm
