Introduction to Mindfulness Programs
Free Open House events and other Introduction to Mindfulness programs are offered from time to time. These events appear in ORANGE on the Calendar of Events.
Instruction in practices such as mindfulness-based stress reduction and mind-body skills, as well as retreats and other unique offerings are offered regularly. Members receive discounts for Special workshops. These workshops appear in RED on the Calendar of Events.
Mindfulness Practice Programs
Daily guided meditations, yoga, drumming, sound meditation, labyrinth walks, mindful eating, dream group, and more. These programs are designed to support and deepen your practice of mindfulness. They are free to members; non-members pay $5-15 per program. Mindfulness Practice Programs appear in GREEN on the Calendar of Events.
Meditation/ Contemplation/ Stillness
Time for individual meditation, Silent Group Sits and Meditation Group Gatherings are offered in our Meditation Room & Garden. Scheduled meditation / contemplation programs appear in BLUE on the Calendar of Events.
We’re planning a monthly film night and other events, just for Members. Member Gatherings appear in BLACK on the Calendar of Events.
