This class is designed to give the curious, or even slightly skeptical a basic understanding of what this word 'mindfulness' means and how being mindful benefits us.

Mindfulness for Beginners

Have you heard enough about the benefits of Mindfulness to convince you to try it? This class is the perfect introduction for you! Mindfulness for Beginners is a 4 week workshop covering the basic elements of mindfulness meditation in a relaxed and no-pressure environment.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a well researched, secular, intensive 8-week course designed to empower participants through meditative awareness to take an active role in the management of their health and wellness.
