Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a well researched, secular, intensive 8-week course designed to empower participants through meditative awareness to take an active role in the management of their health and wellness. MBSR teaches the practice of mindfulness through meditation, yoga, and awareness brought into our everyday lives.

Have you heard enough about mindfulness to want to learn more? Are you confused about how mindfulness can help you?  Come to the Center for Mindful Living for our quarterly open house! You will learn a bit about mindfulness, enjoy a glass of wine and meet other curious folks.
