This event is a gathering of Chattanooga community open to the possibility of health and well-being through positive change. With multiple daily-life stressors that affect us all, and in light of recent tragedies that have put our community in global news, the Center for Mindful Living presents an opportunity to respond in a positive and life-affirming way.

Keynote speaker, Terry A Gordon, exemplifies adversity as a catalyst for positive change.

Dr. Gordon, a Cleveland Clinic trained, award winning cardiologist and author of No Storm Lasts Forever, understands that life is precious and can change in an instant. The American Heart Association named him Physician of the Year in 2002.

Dr. Gordon has learned through personal experience that when adversity comes our way, it is how we respond to that difficulty that determines who we become. Rather than lamenting these adversities, we can choose to make them a CATALYST for positive change.

As a leading health advocate, Dr. Gordon is an active speaker and was featured several times by Dr. Wayne Dyer, one of his former patients. With wisdom and humor, he will touch your heart and inspire new ways of being.
