Have you heard enough about the benefits of Mindfulness to convince you to try it? This class is the perfect introduction for you! Mindfulness for Beginners is a 4 week workshop covering the basic elements of mindfulness meditation in a relaxed and no-pressure environment. 

Participants can expect short instructive talks, group discussion and interactive mindfulness activities, including guided meditations. Each week a different aspect of the four foundations of mindfulness will be covered and you will be given practical ways to incorporate them into your daily life. 

Class: 4 Mondays from 6PM to 7:15PM 

Cost: $70 for non-members   $60 for members

Instructor: Janka Livoncova
Janka Livoncova has been practicing meditation and yoga since 1994 and teaching since 2004. She has completed the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction in Mind-Body Medicine, professional training program and has been leading 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction courses at the Center for Mindful Living since January 2013. Janka maintains a daily meditation practice and regularly attends meditation retreats.
