Join us Friday as we listen to our sadness and learn what is truly important in each our lives.

We avoid our sadness because we fear getting stuck in depression, but putting it off only makes it deeper and stronger.  Learn to use awareness and self-compassion to change your relationship with your sadness, receive it's wise direction, and open to a more spacious joy!

We'll practice together and use the elements of water and fire to transform and release our intentions.
