Mindfulness for Me is fun-filled week of activities designed to foster healthy ways to cope with the changes of a growing body and mind, and the stressors that kids experience today.  Ideal for sensitive kids, perfectionists, worriers or kids that struggle with attention.

This camp will help kids begin to understand the basics of how their minds work and teach them some practices that they can use to reduce their stress and anxiety, while boosting their connectedness to others.

Appropriate for kids ages 8 - 13,  to help them learn to become aware of their body, thoughts and feelings and to develop some tools to positively deal with life changes and other people.

Activities will include:

  • Basics of attention
  • Mindful listening, seeing, tasting, smell and touch
  • Mindful Movement
  • Arts and crafts
  • Active listening
  • Kindness to self and others

Cost:  $145 per child, all materials included
