Led by DB Reisen, this workshop addresses pain and stiffness in the joints.  Using specific therapeutic yoga poses, assisted stretch and self massage, you will be guided to gently alleviate pain and stiffness in neck, shoulders, back, wrists, hands, hips, knees, ankles and feet.  We will address as many issues as time allows.
