Sage-ing is a wisdom and vitality-based approach to living our lives, particularly at mid-age and beyond, with meaning and contribution. In Sage-ing we explore the stories, experiences and lessons accumulated throughout the journey of our lives in order to help us build a tapestry through which to celebrate and build upon as we design the years ahead.

Sage-ing Circles are where wise adults share important and powerful conversations about life. Personal, family, community, aging, and global issues are explored with wisdom, respect and compassion. The Heart of Aging with Wisdom and Vitality is a dynamic interactive program where many:

  • find community
  • explore wisdom
  • become more spiritually and physically vital
  • gain insights into life lessons
  • develop a new perspective on healthy and conscious aging
  • learn to navigate the second part of life with purpose, awareness, and celebration.

Who is Sage-ing for?

  1. Anyone of any age who is interested in bringing more meaning and purpose into their lives
  2. Anyone who is interested in learning about the second half of life
  3. Anyone working or living with seniors
Sag-ing principles are non-denominational and can enhance spiritual maturity for those who do not hold a faith or denominational preference.
