There’s so much more information built into personality types than is usually covered through a traditional work-related Myers Briggs Type Indicator workshop! Here is an opportunity to enhance your understanding of this popular assessment tool, which is based on theories of Swiss psychiatrist Carl Jung. The emphasis in this workshop will be on personal growth and development. No prior knowledge of Jung or the Myer Briggs approach is required.

Two Tuesdays in July

July 11 and 18

5:30 - 7:30PM

$85, members; $95, non-members -  price includes the $50 fee for the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Step II

Registration closes on July 4th to allow time for instructor to review assessment results.

Prior to the first workshop, you will be given a link to take the long-form Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Step II ™ assessment online. Then, during the first Tuesday session, the instructor will define each of the functions and attitudes composing your four-letter type result and will provide an overview of your facet results*, part of the Step II assessment that further reveals ways you show your preferences.  These results will also provide deeper insights into how your type influences your communication style as well as how you make decisions, manage change and deal with conflict.

During Session Two the instructor will introduce some of the fascinating implications of type dynamics.  For example, you will learn how each of us expresses both introverted and extroverted versions of our preferences regardless of which attitude (Introversion or Extraversion) we prefer.  And you will learn that the dynamics of your type preference is an excellent predictor of how you react under stress.

This workshop is limited to no more than 10 people and includes the $50 cost of the Step II assessment. To facilitate timely completion of the Step II ™ assessment, registration must be completed by July 4, 2017. Facet results may require additional clarification for some participants. The instructor will be happy to schedule (at no cost to participant) an additional one hour meeting outside of this workshop to review an attendee’s individual facet report.
