Led by Yong Oh, this class is designed to give the curious, or even slightly skeptical a basic understanding of what this word 'mindfulness' means and how being mindful benefits us; although designed for someone who has no experience with mindfulness, it is a great refresher class if you have been away from the practice for awhile and want to renew your resolve. 

The class will also allow the participant an opportunity to try a few different types of mindfulness enhancing activities. Led by Yong Oh, an experienced mindfulness and meditation teacher, the class will be a mix of discussion and experiential activities in a relaxed and no-pressure environment.
