What does it mean to live life with integrity? The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz provides us a good roadmap for creating a life where our body and spirit are aligned with our values. Join us for a 4 week lunchtime exploration of the ideas in this text and how we can integrate these four agreements into our every day life, using different mindfulness and physical practices.

Each week we will cover one of the following:

  • Be impeccable with your word
  • Don't take anything personally
  • Don't make assumptions
  • Always do your best
Feel free to bring your lunch each week to the discussion. It is helpful to have the book prior to the first session. The book is available at the library, McKay or Amazon link above.

Led by Ruth Bresson. Over twenty years ago during a season of crisis, Ruth began a personal transformation guided by the discovery of spiritual practices and personal inquiry. This path would lead her to return to school where she completed her graduate degree in biblical studies and counseling at Houston Graduate School of Theology, a Quaker seminary. She served for almost 10 years as a pastor of a non-denominational faith community before resigning to move to Chattanooga. Certified as a private coach, she works with others to discover and honor their truest story with guts, grace and gratitude.
