Have you heard enough about mindfulness to want to learn more? Are you confused about how mindfulness can help you?  Come to the Center for Mindful Living for our quarterly open house! You will learn a bit about mindfulness, enjoy a glass of wine and meet other curious folks. 

Elizabeth Kabalka will offer a brief explanation of what the most recent neuroscience is showing us about how our brains work and why mindfulness is helpful. We will also discuss easy ways to incorporate mindfulness into our everyday lives.

The program is free but registration is requested.
