The very emotions we avoid are our pathways to personal insight and wisdom. When we can move through, rather than avoid, we experience greater ability to return to a sense of well-being with new perspective. Practice accepting and transforming these complex emotions using self-compassion and ritual in a supportive community. 

Led by Julie L. Brown, LPC, MHSP. Julie is a Vanderbilt trained psychotherapist, with over 20 years working with individuals. She now specializes in complex trauma and psychological blocks. She uses mindfulness and Brainspotting, an advanced EMDR technique, to help her clients release judgements that are holding them back.  She has also worked as a group trainer for corporations.
