Medical QiGong Workshop

Healing Qigong (sometimes translated "Medical Qigong") is a self care practice . Qigong practice leads to better health and vitality and a tranquil state of mind. We are all exposed to stress. Qigong teaches us how to respond to stress so that life events do not cause symptoms like frustration, or anxiety.

The practice of QiGong consists of breathing techniques, gentle movements, and meditation to increase circulation of the life energy (qi) through the body.Those who attend will leave feeling refreshed, centered, and revitalized.

These are simple techniques that yield amazing results. After completing the 4 week workshop, participants will have learned and be able to practice a complete Healing QiGong sequence.

Taught by Mike Goins. Mike Goins is a Health Educator and Wellness/Life Coach who has practiced QiGong for twenty years and is committed to sharing the joy of QIGong practice while inviting wellness for all.
