Mindfulness in Schools

Stressors from home, peers, learning challenges, and testing pressures can negatively affect both student academic performance and overall quality of life.  Much current research shows that simple mindfulness practices can improve students’ focus, attention, and memory, decrease behavior problems, and promote healthy connections to self and others.
